The challenge
The clinic group wasn’t getting enough leads, and not enough of the ones it got were the right fit.
What I did
I looked at the whole path, from search to booking.
Built to be found: dedicated pages for every location and service
Rebuilt the ads: restructured the Facebook & Instagram campaigns, with new ones for the weakest cities
Built trust: refreshed branding and signage across the clinics

The person behind the work
I’m Syed Ali. I build websites, run SEO and manage ads for local service businesses, and I do all three myself.
I started in design, SEO and copywriting. Over time I kept seeing the same pattern: a good website isn’t enough if people can’t find it, don’t trust it, or the lead gets lost on the way in. So I stopped treating them as separate jobs.
Now I look after the whole path. I test my clients’ sites and forms regularly, because the problems that cost you leads are usually the ones nobody is watching.
